conducting key activities at the action level under the assigned project.

Job Duty:

• Conducting training and orientation and working with the value chain and travel for organic fertilizer dealers. retailers and organizational buyers for market promotion and making a business plan.
• Arrange training and orientation for farmers, Nursery owners, and rooftop vertical gardeners.
• Set up demonstration plots all around the year on a regular basis for participants and agriculture/horticulture fairs.
• Celebrate soil day and Environment day for compost market promotion.

Practical action education

• Experience in working with water and sanitation within the urban areas development project.
• Minimum Four years of working experience in compost marketing compost plan and quality control branding, packaging, and marketing also.
• Record track on networking market value chain development of compost for wholesalers and retailers also.
•  Ability to multiple tasks handle and take action in need.
• High interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bangla writing and understanding skills.
• Skill in working with virtual cross-functional teams.
